1. PROGRAM PURPOSE
The Company provides a trucking business startup and mentorship program designed to assist Participants in launching, operating, and scaling a trucking business through hands-on guidance, operational support, and real-world earning opportunities.
This program is structured as mentorship and business assistance, not employment.
2. SCOPE OF SERVICES
The Company agrees to provide mentorship, guidance, and operational assistance which may include, but is not limited to:
Business setup assistance (LLC formation guidance, EIN registration, compliance direction)
MC authority support (new MC registration or assistance acquiring an established MC)
Guidance in securing commercial insurance at competitive rates
Assistance with cargo van or box truck rental, leasing, or sourcing
Access to local or regional freight opportunities or contracts, when available
Dispatch, routing, and pricing mentorship
Education on operations, expenses, profitability, and compliance
Fleet growth strategies, rental structures, and driver management mentorship
The Company does not operate the Participant’s business and does not act as a broker, carrier, employer, or financial institution.
3. PARTICIPANT RESPONSIBILITIES
The Participant agrees to:
Provide accurate and truthful information
Maintain required licenses, insurance, permits, and compliance
Actively participate in mentorship and operational guidance
Be available to accept and run freight opportunities
Make independent business decisions
Comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws
The Participant remains the sole owner and operator of their business at all times.
4. FEES & STARTUP COSTS
The Participant acknowledges:
Average startup costs typically range between $2,000 and $4,000, depending on insurance, equipment, and authority options
All third-party costs (insurance premiums, vehicle rental, registration fees, etc.) are paid directly by the Participant
Any mentorship or service fees charged by the Company are non-refundable once services begin
5. GUARANTEED INCOME OPPORTUNITY
Guaranteed Earning Opportunity
The Company guarantees that the Participant will have active earning opportunities through trucking operations once the business setup is completed and the Participant follows the program structure.
This guarantee is contingent upon the Participant:
Completing the required business setup
Actively participating in mentorship and dispatch guidance
Remaining available and willing to accept freight opportunities
Following operational and compliance requirements
The Company commits to providing:
Freight access or contract opportunities (when available)
Dispatch and routing support
Ongoing operational mentorship
designed to enable the Participant to begin generating income.
Income Performance Conditions
The Participant acknowledges that:
Weekly income amounts may vary based on routes, mileage, load volume, and market conditions
Guaranteed income is based on participation and availability, not a fixed dollar amount
Failure to follow guidance, accept loads, or remain active may void the income guarantee
The Company guarantees earning opportunities, not identical results for all Participants.
6. EARN WHILE YOU LEARN ACKNOWLEDGEMENT
The Participant understands and agrees that:
The program combines mentorship with real trucking operations
Income is generated through the Participant’s own business activity
The Company does not provide wages, salary, or employment
This Agreement does not create an employer–employee relationship.
7. NO LEGAL, TAX, OR FINANCIAL ADVICE
The Company does not provide legal, tax, or accounting advice.
Participants are encouraged to consult licensed professionals for such matters.
8. CONFIDENTIALITY
Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary strategies, materials, pricing methods, operational processes, or business information shared during the program.
9. TERMINATION
Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time.
Termination does not entitle the Participant to refunds for services already provided or costs incurred.
10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
The Company shall not be liable for:
Business losses
Insurance denials or rate changes
Equipment availability or mechanical issues
Market fluctuations
Regulatory or authority processing delays
The Participant agrees to hold the Company harmless from claims arising from their business operations.
11. INDEPENDENT CONTRACTOR STATUS
The Participant is an independent business owner.
Nothing in this Agreement creates a partnership, joint venture, or employment relationship.
12. GOVERNING LAW
This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of [Your State].
13. ACCEPTANCE & AGREEMENT
By enrolling in the program, submitting payment, or electronically accepting this Agreement, the Participant confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to all terms stated herein.
